CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment for any changes. You will be charged 30% for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and 50% for no-shows or same-day notice.

RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final for products and gift certificates. We can exchange a product as long as it is in its original packaging and has not been opened. Gift certificates expire 1 year after purchase. They can be used for both products and services.
